I&#039;ve gone over the config a million times as per Cisco&#039;s examples and guides and it is correct. The gateway, transcoder and conference bridge all register fine in callmanager and calls are coming in an out without an issue. But the transcoding/conferencing doesn&#039;t work.<br /><br />I upgraded to 12.4(3g) on the CMM and from that point on I could get multi party conferences to initiate but I get no audio! The IOS upgrade changed the behaviour so that really says it all.<br /><br />What I find very frustrating is that Cisco have very little doco on the CMM itself or the adhoc transcoder card. In fact there is very little on the 6504 as well!
